Feet First Foundation: Operations Director

Zach has a diverse and accomplished background, beginning with his military service. He enlisted in 2009 with the United States Marine Corps and quickly rose to the rank of Sergeant, taking on the role of Squad Leader. This experience not only sharpened his leadership skills but also honed his ability to navigate high-pressure situations and make strategic decisions. Alongside his military training, Zach pursued college studies focused on counterterrorism, further enhancing his expertise in security and operations. Zach also has a history in combat sports, where he developed discipline, resilience, and mental toughness—qualities that have played a significant role in his success across various business ventures. As the Operations Director for the Feet First Foundation, he creates and implements operational guidelines and plans, ensuring efficiency and impact. He is also the CEO of Shield Corps Security, the second-largest veteran-owned security company in the Bay Area, where he has led operations for over 11 years. In addition, Zach has built and managed a successful real estate investment firm and was selected as a limited partner in the Veteran Fund, an initiative supporting veteran-owned businesses through investment, operational improvements, and strategic guidance. Zach's leadership, strategic thinking, and diverse skill set have been essential to the growth and success of his various ventures. Zach has been building the Foundation alongside Sean since 2017
